Residential News
Excellent news from Milton Keynes!
A year ago Touchstone’s Milton Keynes office won the contract to manage the residential units connected with Lloyds Pharmacy retail premises, a portfolio of over 300 units. The contract was won with a proviso that if we achieved a rental uplift across the portfolio in excess of 5% during the first year of management we could charge an enhanced fee going forward. Alison Spink and her team have done a magnificent job during the first year of contract management and have actually achieved a rental uplift of 9.8%. The client is delighted to the extent that we are now being paid an increased performance related fee! Congratulations to all involved in achieving this level of performance!
