A further instruction for Touchstone Residential
Touchstone Residential are proud to announce that they have received further management instructions from the Bovis Joint Venture. Bovis JV are very happy with the level of service Touchstone have provided on their existing portfolio and are particularly pleased with Touchstone’s proactive approach to maximising returns.
20 units have been purchased and added to the existing Bovis JV portfolio, which now totals 235 units across the country.
The brand new 2 bedroom apartments near Cardiff Bay form part of a second block in the development for the portfolio. Touchstone has been managing 19 one and two bedroom apartments for Bovis JV in a neighbouring block for almost 2 years.
Within a week of receiving the keys to the new apartments, Touchstone has secured tenants for 40% of the new units, an excellent letting rate considering the time of the year. Rachel Sampson, Portfolio Manager at Touchstone, said “This level of performance reflects the efforts made by Touchstone in preparing and marketing the properties, the high level of demand for good quality property in the current market and, of course, the quality of the stock.”
