LPA Receivership - Commercial / Mixed-Use

We have a growing portfolio of commercial/mixed-use properties on which we have now been appointed. Whilst many of the same processes and skills sets that we apply to work on residential buy-to-let mortgages are still relevant, there are specific issues associated with the management of commercial properties which make the handling of receivership instructions in this area particularly challenging. Our job is to make sure that the property is safe and secure and to maximise whatever income can be derived from management or sale.
