We have managed the disposal of over 3500 properties on behalf of lenders. Our dedicated team has a long track record in achieving best value. We would generally recommend marketing individual properties with vacant possession through the traditional agency route although we do sell via auction, where appropriate, and are experienced in portfolio disposals. Active management of the appointed agent or auctioneer then becomes key and we are adept at striking the right balance between price and the length of time taken to achieve a sale, whilst keeping all parties fully informed of the actions we are taking.
